What is the bag made of?

The exterior of the bag is made of 100% vegan leather while the interior is made with a stain-resistant nylon. Each bag comes with gold YKK zippers and custom gold hardware.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.  If you place an order with a PO Box address, we will need to cancel your order.  Please make sure to provide a physical address for delivery.

How do I care for my bag?

Our diaper bag exterior is made of high quality vegan leather and a stain-resistant nylon interior, which makes caring for the bag easy. To clean, simply wipe with a warm damp cloth and let air dry.

Can I use my bag for something other than a diaper bag?

Yes! One of our favorite things about our diaper bag is that it is so versatile. When we were designing the bag we wanted to create something that was multi-functional and didn’t look like your typical diaper bag (no bright floral prints for us). The Greyfox diaper bag can be used as a camera bag, a gym bag, a travel bag, etc. The possibilities are endless! 

Where can I purchase a bag?

Currently, we are selling the Greyfox Diaper bag on our website.  However, we are growing each day and have exciting things coming this year, so make sure you follow Greyfox on Instagram and Facebook for updates.


Shipping Information

How long does it take for my order to ship?


We will be delaying our shipping to weekly in order to comply with recommended social distancing. We will be shipping orders out weekly, on Monday's for the next few weeks. Thank you for your support and understanding. 

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A standard order for in-stock merchandise will typically be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. This means after your order is placed it will be sent out in 3-5 business days.  Typically US orders take an estimated 3-10 business days shipping. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS. 

How much does shipping cost?

Greyfox currently offers $5.00 flat shipping on all U.S. orders via 5-7 business day UPS or USPS.  Additionally, we offer signature confirmation for an additional fee of $7.50.

I have delivery confirmation, but my package is not here.  What do I do?

Confirm with the shipping provider, USPS or UPS.  Sometimes their systems are not always accurate and packages show up the following day.  GREYFOX is not responsible for stolen packages if delivery confirmation is provided by the shipping provider.  For extra protection, please send packages to a secure location or opt for signature confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping internationally. However, we are happy to ship internationally and pricing will vary on location. Please email us directly at info@greyfoxco.com

Why haven’t I Received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?

Check your spam box. You should receive one from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, we are here to help.  Just email info@greyfoxco.com with your order number and contact name.



What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging within 30 days of delivery date.

How do I return an item?

Email info@greyfoxco.com with your order number, contact name, and item you are returning. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions.  $16 will be deducted from the refund amount for all bags being returned.  Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.  Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement.

What items are refundable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days (of delivery date). The item must be in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?

Any item marked as final sale, gift cards, Black Friday sales or any free or promotional items.



What qualifies for an exchange?

Any defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item, free of charge.

How do I exchange an item?

Email info@greyfoxco.com with your order number, contact name, item you are exchanging, and the reason for the exchange. Once your request has been authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.

How long will my exchange take?

Please allow 5-10 days for processing once we have received the item to exchange.
